This site is in it’s 7th generation or so. It started as a hand-crafted collection of HTML-files, lived a few years on Movable Type and eventually moved to WordPress, which is the main engine behind the site today. The site is mainly a regular blog (though it really isn’t updated enough to qualify as a true blog I suppose.

There has been numerous photo galleries on the site during the 10+ years. For the longst period of time it was Gallery2 which I really like. What I didn’t like was the integration to Wordpress, and that caused the Gallery2 to disappear from the site. Sad, but very true.

The server

Is a Linux machine located at a server camp. Besides this sites it also serve a few others. The hardware is from IBM, the Internet Connection from TDC and rest is just magic.

The Software

Most of the plugins are freely available at wordpress.org.
